My burner did come with the edge of its lower panel bent out. It doesn't look good, but it didn't nec nd-3520aw a problem with installation nor use.
Comments: This drive nec nd-3520aw a very good buy, with dvd burns in under 8min at 8x its what i needed. Windoze detects it automatically.
Luckily for me I use freeware burning software, don't buy this unless nec nd-3520aw already have a way of burning dvds. Other than that it's one of the best drives for its price!.
